The present invention relates to a structure for preventing soil disasters, blocking soil, and controlling the soil. More specifically, a compact structure can by formed by assembling individual unit structures to block and control soil. The structure can be easily installed when soil is discharged in an unexpected are or location and efficiently execute the soil blocking and controlling functions even in a narrow and unused spaces in urban areas. The structure can reduce the water flows and influences thereof by blocking the soil and other solid substances temporarily, reduce the cost by replacing and washing the individual unit structures in a maintenance operation of the individual unit structures.
