ACTIVE EMI FILTER DEVICE WHEREIN COMMON MODE FILTER AND DIFFERENTIAL MODE FILTER ARE COMBINED

Disclosed is an active electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter device for filtering EMI noise generated from an EMI source. The active EMI filter device includes: a noise detecting unit configured to detect EMI noise generated from a line connected to the EMI source and a neutral line; a noise separating unit configured to separate a noise signal detected by the noise detecting unit into a common mode (CM) component and a differential mode (DM) component; a DM filter unit configured to generate a compensation signal for cancelling the DM component of the noise signal separated by the noise separating unit; and a CM filter unit configured to generate a compensation signal for cancelling the CM component of the noise signal separated by the noise separating unit. According to the present invention, an active EMI filter in which a CM filter and a DM filter are combined is provided, and thus can make the configuration of a circuit simple.
