The present invention relates to an online psychological counseling office system based on an open frame to allow each psychologically supporting expert to provide independent psychological diagnosis or psychological treatment services according to respective area of expertise in a corresponding space by providing psychologically supporting experts with an online counseling space. The online psychological counseling office system based on an open frame according to the present invention comprises: an expert registration means for registering an expert by receiving an expert registration request from an expert terminal, and for providing the expert with an online psychological counseling space; a client registration means for receiving input of information on a client from a client terminal and for registering the client as a member; a counseling tool registration means for supporting the expert to register a counseling treatment tool in the psychological counseling space; a counseling registration management means for providing the client with expert search services and designating an expert requested from the client, and allowing the client to access to a psychological counseling space of the expert; and a counseling recording means for recording counseling content of the client. The system according to the present invention can provide a more flexible working form for psychologically supporting experts, thereby increasing an economic activity participation rate of psychologically supporting experts, and provide a pool of various experts for clients, thereby providing a wide selections, psychological support and mental health promotion for clients.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
