The present invention relates to a method for calculating drawdown depth of ground water using pumping rate in a well, which converts a water level measured by a water gauge and an amount of water pumped from the well to calculate depth of the ground water. The present invention provides the method for calculating the drawdown depth of the ground water using the pumping rate in the well, including a sensor sensing pumping water level of the well and a water pump pumping the water from the well at pumping rate of Q(m^3/d), which comprises the steps of: sensing an initial water level using the sensor installed in the well; and measuring the amount of water pumped from the well and the pumping rate according to the amount of the pumped water, whereas water level drawdown of the well is obtained by the following mathematical equation: S_wt=aln(t)+b, thereby analyzing the water level measured by the water gauge and the amount of water pumped from the well based on regression analysis to convert the analysis result into depth of the ground water, so the depth of the ground water can be easily calculated only by installation of simple equipment (where a is a ground water level decrease slope value obtained according to a proportional relation of the regression analysis of the pumping rate of the pump, ln(t) is a natural log value of time, and b is an initial loss value generated due to radial flow in the well).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
