The present invention relates to a formulation for controlling a speed of drug release of a delayed-release microsphere containing risperidone, and relates to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the formulation for controlling a speed of drug release of the delayed-release microsphere containing a biodegradable polymer controls the time and the volatilization temperature above the glass transition temperature (Tg), thereby controlling the speed of drug release and reducing the manufacturing time and the residual solvent. The formulation for controlling a speed of drug release of the delayed-release microsphere containing a biodegradable polymer can be significantly used as an effective means for delivering bioactive drugs inside the body in a medical industry field.
