The present invention relates to a water-washing method of a crude oil tank with a natural purification system, capable of removing sludge solidified in a crude oil tank in which crude oil is temporarily stored before purification with water, and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a water-washing method of a crude oil tank with a natural purification system, capable of performing washing several times within a shortened compared to an existing method, allowing a worker to perform washing without entering the crude oil tank, minimizing pollution due to washing work, preventing an accident since a little crude oil remains when a worker comes in the crude oil tank to finish the work, and reusing waste oil by separating and filtering the sludge discharged by the washing work into the waste oil and solid objects to be incinerated. The water-washing method of a crude oil tank with a natural purification system according to the present invention includes: a washing water insertion step of inserting washing water into a crude oil tank; a steam discharge step of melting sludge by discharging high temperature steam to the bottom of the crude oil tank after the washing water insertion step; a high pressure water discharge step of mixing the molten sludge with washing water by discharging the high pressure water to the bottom of the crude oil tank after the steam discharge step; and a mixed water discharge step of discharging the mixed water to the outside while continuously discharging high pressure water to the bottom of the crude oil tank. The water-washing system of a crude oil tank according to the present invention comprises: a water supply pump supplying washing water into a crude oil tank; a boiler generating high temperature steam; an air compressor discharging the high temperature steam generated in the boiler to the bottom of the crude oil tank; a high pressure pump discharging the high pressure water to the bottom of the crude oil tank; and a water discharge pump discharging the mixed water in which the sludge is mixed with the washing water and the high pressure water from the crude oil tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
