The present invention relates to a composition for promoting decomposition of livestock wastewater, capable of being applied to an aeration tank for processing livestock sludge, and more specifically, to a composition for promoting decomposition of livestock wastewater, and a method for removing bubbles or reducing bad smell in an aeration tank for processing livestock sludge by using the same, to include a bio charcoal having soil organisms and aerotropic indigenous bacteria attached thereon as an effective ingredient, so as to stabilize the livestock sludge in an early stage by removing bubbles or bad smell generated while processing livestock sludge, and convert the livestock sludge into high quality compost or liquid fertilizer. Moreover, the composition rapidly decomposes organic materials of livestock wastewater to quickly restrict formation of bubbles and excellently reduces bad smell, such as ammonia, etc., and thereby quickly processing the livestock wastewater.
