When the U-shaped girder of a lower route bridge of the present invention is being made, an acoustic board, which is integrated with a corrugated steel plate, is used. Thus, the present invention can suppress the generation of cracks in an inclined web after concrete is cured and hardened by a corrugated structure of the corrugated steel plate composed with the inclined web. Since the acoustic board, which is integrated with the corrugated steel plate, absorbs noise, the noise of railroad vehicles can be effectively reduced, and the corrugated steel plate, which is made from structural steel, can be prevented from rusting. In addition, when the U-shaped girder of a lower route bridge of the present invention is being made, the acoustic board, which is integrated with the corrugated steel plate, is used as an internal cast, and the quantity of installed casts and manufacturing costs can be reduced. Accordingly, the manufacturing processes of the U-shaped girder of a lower route bridge can be reduced.
