摘要

The present invention relates to a nano-conjugate for photodynamic therapy using a polyethylene glycol forest, and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a polymer nano-conjugate comprising a polyethylene glycol forest surrounding a photosensitizing agent. In the structure of the polymer nano-conjugate, a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol forest surrounds hydrophobic photosensitizing agent molecules individually. Thus, it is possible to reduce an auto-quenching effect of the photosensitizing agent and to induce generation of a high content of singlet oxygen. It is also possible to provide a significantly improved photodynamic effect of killing tumor cells and to avoid side effects substantially.
