The present invention relates to a sequential joint behavior sheet using photo-deformation and a folding and unfolding control method thereof. The sequential joint behavior sheet using photo-deformation comprises: at least three rigid areas; a first joint area connecting two adjacent rigid areas among the rigid areas; and a second joint area connecting two adjacent rigid areas among the rigid areas and positioned to be spaced apart from the first joint area, wherein the first and second joint areas have a first state in which the same rigid state as the rigid area is maintained and a second state in which another rigid area is folded with respect to any one rigid area among two adjacent rigid areas with the first and second joint areas interposed therebetween, and the first and second joint areas absorb light to reach the second state, and the first and second joint areas are formed as print patterns with different transparency on a transparent polymer and reach, when light is irradiated thereto, the second state at different times according to transparency of the first and second joint areas, whereby a folding behavior in the first and second joint areas is sequentially performed.
