The present invention relates to an antioxidative coffee beverage composition containing mistletoe, Cornus officinalis fruits, and Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, and to a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, a coffee beverage composition has high total content of polyphenol, and has a harmonious balance of color, scent, bitter taste, sour taste, and a burnt taste, thereby having generally high palatability. Also, the coffee beverage composition has enhanced antioxidative activity, and has excellent palatability as a coffee beverage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
