The present invention relates to a biodegradable complex composition for a vegetation mat and a method for producing a vegetation mat using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a biodegradable complex composition capable of controlling a biodegradation time, and a method for producing a vegetation mat using the same. The biodegradable complex composition for a vegetation mat according to the present invention comprises: polylactic acid; polycaprolactone; a functionalized polyolefin; and a non-functionalized polyolefin. The method for producing a vegetation mat according to the present invention comprises the steps of: 1) blending a biodegradable complex composition comprising polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, a functionalized polyolefin and a non-functionalized polyolefin; spinning the blended biodegradable complex composition to obtain filament yarns; and sewing the filament yarns to obtain a mat.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
