摘要

The present invention relates to a method for making a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric composed of filaments, wherein the filaments are spun by at least one spinning device, cooled, and then induced together with primary air through an elongating device. The primary air exits from the elongating device at a primary air volume flow rate (V_P), and then, the filaments are introduced from the downstream of the elongating device through a diffuser. The secondary air is introduced into the diffuser at a secondary air volume flow rate (V_S), between the elongating device and the diffuser. Then, the filaments are attached to an attachment surface adjacent to one of the diffusers (8). The ratio of the primary air volume flow rate (V_P) over the secondary air volume flow rate (V_S) or the secondary air ratio (V_P/V_S) is greater than 4.5, preferably greater than 5, and most preferably greater than 5.5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
