The present invention relates to a method for producing synthetic pork by crossbreeding of Durock and a Korean native pig. The method comprises a step of fixing an SNP trait of a gene in charge of a growth trait and a meat quality trait. Accordingly, synthetic pork having both the excellent growth trait of Durock and the excellent meat quality trait of a Korean native pig can be produced. Moreover, an SNP trait of a gene in charge of a black coat color is more fixed, so synthetic pork having excellent growth properties, meat quality, and coat color can be produced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
