摘要
The present invention relates to an improved reinforced soil retaining wall and a construction method thereof, to select merits of an existing block type reinforced soil and gabion retaining wall, and to exclude demerits of the existing block type reinforced soil and gabion retaining wall. According to the present invention, the present invention comprises: a step of forming one floor of a front structural block of a reinforced soil retaining wall; a step of installing a filter mat on a rear surface of the front structural block; and a step of depositing backfilling materials on the filter mat, where one end of the reinforced soil retaining wall is completed, and then the reinforced soil retaining wall is constructed on an upper part of the one end of the reinforced soil retaining wall by repeating the previous steps. Reinforcing materials are deposited between the one end of the reinforced soil retaining wall and the upper part thereof. The front structural block comprises: a housing shape body having a filling space capable of receiving deposited block filling materials inside, having an opened upper part; and a cover to cover the upper part of the body after the filling materials are filled in the filling space of the body. As such, disclosed is a wire net integrally formed with a structural frame while having the merits of the existing gabion retaining wall, thereby providing structural stability, and economically and efficiently performing hardening in accordance with the needs when materials are acquired or are near a site used as gabion filling materials. Moreover, the present invention solves a problem which a gabion wire net causes bulging and over-deformation due to a weakness against bending in terms of engineering characteristics when a soil pressure is increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
