Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring detection performance of a light-measuring instrument. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring detection performance of a light-measuring instrument comprises: a housing in which an accommodation space adapted to accommodate a light-emitting unit and a plurality of openings adapted to connect the accommodation space to the outside are formed; and a plurality of light-measuring units which measure light emitted by the light-emitting unit. In this case, the openings are spaced apart from one another in the housing. Each of the light-measuring units comprises a light-measuring instrument which measures light emitted by the light-emitting unit. The light-emitting unit is inserted into the accommodation space from the outside via one of the openings (hereinafter referred to as a light-emitting unit accommodation opening). The light-measuring units are disposed to face the light-emitting unit via the remaining ones of the openings (hereinafter referred to as light-measuring unit accommodation openings). The accommodation space is isolated from the outside by using the light-emitting unit and light-measuring units disposed in the openings.
