The present invention relates to a system for producing a great quantity of secretions from the skins of eels, collecting the secretions, and extracting mucin from the collected secretions. The system increases the production rate of skin secretions by applying artificial stress to the skins of eels, collects secretions from the skins of eels by scraping the secretions in a mechanical method, and reuses the eels without secretions by returning the eels to a water tank or allowing people to use the eels for food according to need. The system comprises: a retention tank formed to keep multiple eels in a water tank with a size of 1.5 m, 0.7 m, and 1 m in width, length, and height at a first water temperature for a first period of time via a first step, and keep the multiple eels in the water tank at a second water temperature for a second period of time via a second step; a stressing part which is installed on a path formed to move the multiple eels kept in the retention tank, and which applies a stimulus to the skins of the multiple eels by at least one among a lighting, an electric stimulus, and an ultrasonic wave for a third period of time; and a round tunnel part which touches the skins of the multiple eels while the multiple eels sequentially pass through the round tunnel part after passing through the stressing part, and which scrapes secretions from the skins of the multiple eels to collect the secretions. The system produces a great quantity of secretions from the skins of eels, collects the secretions from the skins of the eels, and keeps the eels alive. Therefore, the eels can be reused so the production costs of mucin are reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
