The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ABS organic complex composition for treating non-degradable compounds, wherein the complex composition maintains excellent water resistance and high organic contaminant-adsorbing efficiency of an ABS organic support to carry out photo-degradation of organic contaminants through a photocatalyst. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: agitating an ABS organic support and photocatalyst to attach the photocatalyst; heating the ABS organic support to which the photocatalyst is attached to a predetermined temperature to generate flowability on the surface and to attach the photocatalyst thereto; cooling the heated ABS organic support under a specific condition to fix the photocatalyst; and drying the ABS organic support at a predetermined temperature to finish a complex. According to the photocatalyst-organic complex composition for treating non-degradable organic compounds using ABS, it is possible to bind a photocatalyst to the surface of an organic support, and thus to carry out decomposition of contaminants for a long time without exchange of the catalyst.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
