The present invention relates to a call-bus management system and a call-bus management method having a function of providing a travel route to a traveler through a map and dispatching a bus for each section. According to the present invention, when an applicant transmits application information including a desired schedule through an applicant terminal, the call-bus operation system refers to operation schedules of buses built with the call-bus management system to dispatch a bus which optimally matches for each section, thereby bus drivers can increase revenue by reducing a vacant bus waiting state, and applicants can reduce overall travel cost since the applicant can exclude cost of waiting for a vacant bus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
