The present invention relates to a hybrid wind power generation machine using a natural wind and a facility wind, which can maximize power generation ability by Venturi effect of a Venturi tube as securing stable power generation ability using all of the facility wind and the natural wind. The hybrid wind power generation machine of the present invention includes: an elbow guiding pipe (9) which is connected to a discharge pipe (2) discharging the facility wind and discharges the facility wind through guiding; an exhaust pipe (11) which is located at an outer circumference of an end of the elbow guiding pipe (9) to guide the facility wind, and has a wide entrance compared to the outer circumference of the end of the elbow guiding pipe (9) in order for the natural wind to be flowed in, and is formed in the Venturi tube type having a tube diameter decreasing gradually from an entrance to an exit and increasing again so that the facility wind and the natural wind are discharged at a fastest flow velocity by passing through a narrow part (11b) of a middle portion whose tube diameter is reduced; and a wind power generator (14) which is installed at the narrow part (11b) of the exhaust pipe (11), and performs power generation by the facility wind and the natural wind having the fastest flow velocity relatively as compared to other sections.
