The present invention relates to a measurement device to obtain a body condition score of a cow by measuring fat thickness in a skin epidermis of the cow, and more specifically, to the cow body condition score measurement device which includes a probe comprising a housing, an extension cable comprised in the housing and a measurement part in order for a user to measure the fat thickness of the cow easily, and is configured to be able to measure the fat thickness in the skin epidermis of the cow according as an ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the probe through an ultrasonic wave generation part in the housing.
