The present invention relates to polymeric / composite material and a manufacturing method for a hybrid conductive filler having excellent electrical properties, and using the polymer blend of two or more electrically conductive fillers. Polymer / conductive filler composite material according to the present invention is a polymer comprising a polypropylene and polylactic acid, a conductive filler of carbon nanotubes, and nickel-coated carbon fiber and a commercial agent maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, conductive fillers, including copolymers through the selective distribution by the addition of the synergistic effect with improved dispersibility, and two or more conductive fillers according to the compatibilizer has superior electrical properties. Polymer / hybrid conductive filler composite material according to the invention is made by molding with the injection molding machine the complex prepared via the pulse true occlusion process and twin-screw extruder, thus prepared polymer / hybrid conductive filler composite material is optionally a carbon nanotube dispersing effect, it has improved conductivity through the synergistic effect due to the use of the dispersion effect and two or more conductive fillers in the domain (domain) due to the compatibilizer. ;
