The present specification relates to a distributed service system and a method for constructing the distributed service system, and more particularly to a distributed service system which can optimize the connection between mobile gateways connected to a distributed service by configuring the connection with a neighboring mobile gateway based on a result of determining connectivity obtained by searching for the neighboring mobile gateway which can be connected to a mobile gateway, in order to eliminate a drawback of an existing technology, and to a method for constructing the distributed service system.
