The present invention relates to a smart-based intelligent security and safety care service system. More specifically, the system has a sensing unit and multiple event recording means operating in linkage with the sensing unit configured in an area which can allow the entry of a person such as a security window on a balcony, a window, or a door, takes immediate action by providing the corresponding location and event information to a monitoring server when an event occurs by communicating with a main server configured at a remote location through wireless communication by using short-ranged communication and a short-ranged dongle, and forcefully and automatically terminates image monitoring when the event is checked and completed, thereby protecting the privacy of users while enabling the users to be paid by the insurance after the damage situation investigation regarding the event of theft, failure, and fire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
