The present invention relates to a heat radiation apparatus for a light emitting diode (LED) lighting with an improved natural cooling function through air circulation, and an LED lighting comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a heat radiation apparatus for an LED lighting with an improved natural cooling function through air circulation which quickly radiates heat, to the outside, generated from an LED module when the LED lighting emits light in order to prevent durability shortening by the high temperature, and an LED lighting comprising the same. The heat radiation apparatus for an LED lighting comprises: a first heat radiation unit connected to a rear surface of a plate; a second heat radiation unit stacked in the first heat radiation unit; a support plate stacked in the second heat radiation unit; and a plurality of heat radiation sheets connected between the plate and the first heat radiation unit, between the first and second heat radiation units, and between the second heat radiation unit and the support plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
