The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating three effects through twister swirl generation. More specifically, the apparatus can be broadly applied by being compatibilized in water treatment facilities, an aquarium, and purification facilities, and conducting twist swirl, chemical insertion, and microbubble generation inside one module body at the same time. The apparatus comprises: a fluid supply unit (100) for sending fluid to a twister swirl generation module; a fluid speed control valve (200) for discharging by controlling the fluid speed in accordance with the predetermined reference value; an air and chemical-type supply unit (300) for storing at least one of chemical and the air sucked from the outside and introducing the same to an air and chemical selective control valve; an air and chemical selective control valve (400) for supplying the same to the twist swirl generation module; a twister swirl generation module (500) for generating microbubbles and twist swirl-type flux in an inner space; and a PLC control module (600) for controlling to select any one or at least two of a chemical mixing mode, a microbubble generation mode, and a pressurized floatation mode to be displayed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
