PURPOSE: An apparatus for vehicle-to-vehicle communication using visible light communication and a method of the same are provided to improve the safety driving by communicating with the arbitrary vehicle to the visible light.;CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(310) receives a optical signal including the information about the ambient vehicle through a plurality of receivers arranged as the different direction from the neighboring other vehicles. A control unit(320) analyzes the received signal and grasps the location information of the ambient vehicle and determines the car control operation based on the grasped location information.
