The present invention provides a method for producing a digital smart picture printed material, and a printed material completed by the method. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: obtaining a digital picture of a person by using a digital camera or the like, and preparing plastic sheets having the thickness of 0.02 to 0.5 mm; printing the digital picture on a printing layer of a transparent plastic printing sheet; temporarily adding a hologram effect to an image of the digital picture on the printing layer; and completing the digital picture by securely and completely reinforcing a temporary hologram effect.
