The present invention relates to a gasification system for fuel substitution of an industrial fired boiler and, more specifically, to a gasification system for fuel substitution of an industrial fired boiler refining a synthetic gas generated by putting waste and an oxidizing agent into a gasification reactor, measuring a flow rate of the synthetic gas and composition of a combustible component, calculating calorific value by the composition and a flow rate of the combustible component, putting into a combustion boiler, and when the calorific value put into the combustion boiler is insufficient, providing LNG to the combustion boiler as much as the insufficient calorific value. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gasification system for fuel substitution of an industrial fired boiler reducing a problem of low heat generation efficiency.
