CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER WITH ASSEMBLY PLATE AND FIXING CHANNEL

The present invention relates to a complex construction method for a structure using a precast concrete member having a prefabricated plate and a fixing channel. More specifically, the method uses the prefabricated plate which uses a precast concrete member to build the structure including a column, which is used as a linear member as well as an axial force member, and a beam used as a curved member; and the precast concrete member having the fixing channel. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: (a) a step of preparing a precast (PC) column and a PC girder having the fixing channel and the prefabricated plate in advance; (b) a step of connecting the PC column to a foundation in a vertical direction; (c) a step of connecting the PC girder to the PC column at a predetermined height; (d) a step of coupling a T-type bolt, which has a fixating rebar to an end, onto a fixing channel on top of the PC girder of the PC column; (e) a step of reinforcing an upper part of the PC girder using a slab rebar; (f) a step of forming a slab by pouring concrete onto an upper part of the PC girder; and (g) a step of bonding the PC column to the upper part of another PC column, and repeatedly executing steps (d) to (f) until the structure reaches a predetermined height.
