The present invention relates to an LNG inventory/consumption management method of LNG regasification facilities and a system thereof, wherein an amount of all LNG consumed and high-pressure exhaust gas, generated while operating the LNG regasification facilities, as well as LNG and boil-off gas of a cargo tank, are provided via user interface of an integrated automation control system. The present invention comprises: a step in which the integrated automation control system receives, from a measurement system, input of a flow rate of LNG or boil-off gas measured by the measurement system; a step in which the integrated automation control system receives, from a custody transfer system (CTS), input of a flow rate of LNG or boil-off gas in the cargo tank, measured by the CTS; a step in which the integrated automation control system calculates, for LNG supplied to a vaporizer, a flow rate of consumed LNG by measuring a flow rate of LNG supplied to land after being produced and a flow rate of boil-off gas generated when LNG is produced; a step in which the integrated automation control system calculates a flow rate of LNG inventory based on the flow rate of consumed LNG; and a step in which the integrated automation control system simultaneously provides the flow rate measured by the measurement apparatus and the CTS, the flow rate of consumed LNG, and the flow rate of LNG inventory, via a user interface screen for providing an amount of LNG inventory/consumption.
