The present invention relates to novel analog antibiotic peptides derived from CM-MA peptides and their use, and more specifically to a CA antagonist peptide derived from CM-MA peptide, which is conjugated to amphiphilic cecropin A (CA) and magainin 2 (MA) -MA antibiotic peptide as a template, a novel antibiotic peptide represented by SEQ ID NO: 2 to SEQ ID NO: 7 was synthesized (CMA 1 to CMA 6), and the synthesized antibiotic peptide had antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram- (HaCaT), the antibiotic peptide of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient of antibiotics, cosmetic compositions, food additives, feed additives and biocidal pesticides for antimicrobial use .
