The present invention relates to a device to transfer a green case for a tire builder. Bead setters and transferring are integrated but when a standard of a tire is changed through a bead setter gap control unit, a gap of a bead assembly transferred and supplied by the bead setters is more easily and simply controlled. Moreover, since the bead setters comprise a pair of semicircular bead clamp segments, the composition of the bead setter becomes more simple. As a pair of the semicircular bead clamp segments are opened left and right after the bead assembly is transferred and supplied, a dynamic stitcher enters without interference to secure a work space for smooth stitching work in a turn-up process and a secondary green case assembly process, and therefore, a forming process is efficiently completed in a small space, the work efficiency of the forming process is increased, and the quality of a completed tire is improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
