The present invention relates to a red clay sprayer for the prevention of red tide, and a method to manufacture colloid red clay water by the red clay sprayer, capable of manufacturing colloid red clay water with an excellent red clay extermination effect by smashing, stirring, and diluting natural red clay for the prevention of red tide. The present invention includes: a sea water intake pump; a red clay storage and suspension manufacturing tank; a colloid red clay water manufacturing tank; a colloid red clay water diluting tank; and a rapid spray pump or underwater spray pump. According to the present invention, as red clay is low-priced, the red clay is well-known as an eco-friendly red tide extermination material without an adverse effect on the marine system and economy. Since the red clay is minutely smashed and sprayed in a colloid state towards a red tide area through a spray nozzle, the efficiency of exterminating red tide creatures is increased to efficiently protect farming lives and the usage of the red clay is significantly reduced, as compared to an existing method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
