The present invention relates to a P2P network load balancing method using load threshold adjustment and a device implementing the same. The method comprises the steps of: a client attempting to request data transmission to a server; the server checking whether to exceed a load threshold due to the data transmission request, and selecting a low load node within a network if exceeding the threshold; the server transmitting information on the selected node to the client; and the client attempting to request the data transmission to the selected node, thereby increasing a load balanced participation rate of nodes on the network.
