Disclosed in the present invention is a large water tank to store rainwater which installs a large water tank of which stability and durability are secured without a concrete based layer; performs restoration; reduce installation costs; has a short construction period and directly utilize the place of installing the water tank as a farm land after demolition. The water tank to store rainwater comprises: a circular hollow with circular side walls; a packing layer; concrete blocks with their outer surfaces mutually connected along a border of the packing layer; a filling layer filled in the packing layer in the concrete blocks; a circular frame which has a plurality of pillars supported to the concrete blocks and pillar connecting members; a plurality of panels coupled to the circular frame; a waterproofing water bag installed in the circular walls of the panel; and a water discharging measure installed in a bottom part of the circular walls.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
