The present invention relates to a composition for predicting the reactivity of a platinum-based anticancer drug therapy in a patient with ovarian cancer by detecting a level of methylation in a CpG region on a promoter of a zinc finger protein 93 (ZNF93) gene. The present invention further relates to a kit and a method thereof.
