According to the present invention, a high-elastic and high-ductile aluminum alloy comprises: 2.5-3.5 wt% of Ti, 0.25-0.35 wt% of B, 0.5-2.0 wt% of Mn, 0.1-0.2 wt% of Sb, and the remainder consisting of Al and inevitable impurities. The ratio of Ti to B is 9:1-11:1. As such, the present invention increases elasticity without a decrease in ductility.
