The present invention relates to peptides, nucleic acids and cells used in immunotherapy regimens. In particular, the present invention relates to immunotherapy of cancer. The present invention also relates to tumor-associated cytotoxic T cell (CTL) peptide epitopes derived from survivin, which are used alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides used as pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate antitumor immune responses . In particular, the present invention relates to three novel peptide sequences and variants of HLA class I and II molecules of human tumor cells that can be used in vaccine compositions to induce anti-tumor immune responses.
