The present invention relates to a decorative panel for furniture with improved waterproof and moisture-proof performance and a manufacturing method thereof. An object thereof is to provide a decorative panel for furniture with improved waterproof and moisture-proof performance and a manufacturing method in which a triple complex side layer is formed to be integrated with upper/lower surface sheets on a side face of wood to which the upper/lower surface sheets are attached to have excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance without a separate edge process. According to the present invention, upper/lower surface sheets are attached to planes positioned at upper/lower portions of wood, a primer layer is formed on a side, a cut face, or a processed face of wood by a permeable primer, epoxy resin is laminated on the primer layer to form an epoxy resin layer, an edge material is integrally attached to the epoxy resin layer, a triple complex side layer formed of the primer layer, the epoxy resin layer, and the edge material is formed on the side or the cut face of the wood to which the upper surface sheet and the lower surface sheet are attached, and the triple complex side layer is integrally connected to the upper surface sheet and the lower surface sheet to prevent moisture and water from permeating the gap between the upper/lower surface sheets and the edge material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
