The present invention relates to an NdFeB-based magnet and a method to fabricate the same using a wet coating, and the NdFeB-based magnet comprises: an NdFeB magnetic material; a copper plated layer formed on a surface of the NdFeB magnetic material; and a neodymium-copper plated layer formed on a surface of the copper plated layer, thereby providing an NdFeB magnet having improved coercivity.
