The present invention provides organic-inorganic nano hybrid coating agent and resin comprising silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with oligomer, and preparation methods thereof. A preparation method of an organic-inorganic nano hybrid coating agent comprising silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with oligomer according to the present invention includes: a step of preparing an oligomer comprising nitrogen elements; a step of mixing and stirring the oligomer with silica of which the surface is treated through silane to prepare silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with the oligomer; and a step of mixing the silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with the oligomer with a polymer comprising nitrogen elements. The organic-inorganic nano hybrid coating agent comprising silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with oligomer prepared by the preparation method, provides an effect that is capable of improving adhesive properties, strength, and electrical properties by chain entanglement between the oligomer and the polymer. Further, the organic-inorganic nano hybrid coating agent comprising silica nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified with oligomer of the present invention, provides effects that storage properties of silica sol and a mixed polymer are improved by steric repulsion between oligomers, and the organic-inorganic nano hybrid coating agent can be prepared through a simple condensation process without a separate process.
