Provided are a millimeter wave explorer, and a method for correcting a receiving route error thereof. According to the present invention, a reference intermediate frequency signal predetermined in a correction mode is transceived, so a signal distortion occurring due to a receiving route error is analyzed. Correction information for compensating the analyzed signal distortion is generated, and an intermediate frequency signal is generated by applying correction information generated in an exploration mode. Accordingly, a millimeter wave explorer explores a target by using an intermediate frequency signal in which a receiving route error is pre-reflected, so target detecting accuracy and reliability of the explorer may be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
