The present invention relates to a cargo box cover for a pickup truck. The cargo box cover for a pickup truck comprises: a body comprising a ceiling unit and a side cover; and an upper cover opened and closed from the body by a hinge. A protrusion reinforcing unit protrudes from both ends of the side cover to the inner side of a cargo box and includes an inner vertical surface. A reinforcing bar including an outer vertical surface on both ends is formed in the lower end of the upper cover to protrude to the lower part. A latch is attached to the each outer vertical surface of the reinforcing bar. A lock corresponding to the latch is formed on the inner vertical surface of the protrusion reinforcing unit. The cargo box cover for a pickup truck obtains a space and an area for forming both the lock and an airlift at once by having the protrusion reinforcing unit protruding to the inner side of the cargo box of a vehicle. The protrusion reinforcing unit can stably support the lock and the airlift by being integrally manufactured with the both ends of the side cover. The reinforcing bar protrudes from the upper cover, and the latch is formed on the inner vertical surface installed on both ends. When the latch is locked by the lock formed in the protrusion reinforcing unit since the upper cover is closed, the reinforcing bar and the protrusion reinforcing unit has a reinforcing unit of a horizontal state to perform a function of a strut against rear impact.
