Disclosed is an artificial basilar membrane device using triboelectricity. According to an aspect of the present invention, the artificial basilar membrane device using triboelectricity comprises: a flexible substrate; a first polymer film having a first polarity formed on the substrate; a lower electrode connected to a lower portion of the first polymer film; a second polymer film which is attached to an upper surface of the first polymer film and has a second polarity different from the first polarity; and an upper electrode connected to an upper portion of the second polymer film. If vibration of a sound wave is transferred to the substrate, the first polymer film and the second polymer film formed on the substrate are rubbed each other to generate an electric signal. The electric signal is transferred to the upper electrode and the lower electrode.
