Disclosed are a work system developing device and a work system providing server, capable of increasing user convenience and efficiency regarding a work system. The work system developing device according to an embodiment comprises: a process module receiving at least one of pieces of information regarding at least one station indicating a work processing step of a detailed work process, a work processed in the station, a work implementor performing the work, a process condition of the station, and a flow of the station, and creating a process map representing an operation of the detailed work process on the basis of the received information; a data module setting at least one entity of the station included in the process map and a condition of data regarding the entity; a user interface (UI) module creating an entity UI representing the entity and an entity data UI representing data regarding the entity according to a predetermined default design scheme; and an interworking interface interworking with an external device such that at least one among the process module, the data module, and the UI module can transmits and receives information to and from the external device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
