The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for managing form information for electronic document-based business processes, wherein business efficiency can be improved by automatically explaining user-customized products and forms and attached papers depending on the products. The present invention provides a method for managing form information for electronic document-based business processes, comprising the steps of: identifying a user and giving information on products which the user can register in based on information on the user pre-stored by a program installed in a computer if a number is input into the computer having the program installed thereon (S100); allowing the computer to give to the user the information on documents necessary for each of the products with respect to a product selected by the user (S200); allowing the computer to initialize a form viewer program associated with a form selected by the user and apply form items with respect to the selected product to the items of the form viewer (S300); allowing the computer to verify the validity of each of the items with respect to specific form items input by the user in real time (S400); and allowing the computer to finally verify whether or not forms for each product have been omitted and the errors of the form items (S500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
