The present invention relates to a differential satellite navigation system. More particularly, an ionospheric delay error correcting system for accurately correcting ionospheric delay error generated in using a satellite navigation system, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, an accurate differential satellite navigation service can be provided to users in a wider area with low economic feasibility for installing a reference station or the ocean which is impossible to install a neighbor satellite navigation reference station by using the satellite navigation reference station located at a long distance. The differential satellite navigation system includes a reference station processing device and a user processing device.
