The present invention relates to a vibration data collection technology of an aircraft in flight and, more specifically, relates to an outer mounted measuring apparatus and a method, wherein the apparatus is mounted on an armed mounting stand of a military aircraft to measure vibration generated in a wing and a neighboring mounting object with an acceleration sensor and an image sensor, thereby storing acceleration data and image data. The outer mounted measuring apparatus comprises: a measuring sensor measuring acceleration sensor data, stereo image data, flight information data, time data, and temperature sensor data of the military aircraft; a data measuring device storing the acceleration sensor data, GPS data, the time data, and the temperature sensor data; an image measuring device storing the image data; and a power supply signal distribution device mounted on the armed mounting stand of the military aircraft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
