An embodiment of the present invention relates to a device for transmitting fishing net information and a system for managing a fishing net by using the same. A technical problem to be solved is to provide and display identification information and position information of a fishing net and battery information of a device for transmitting fishing net information to a ship from the device for transmitting fishing net information installed on the fishing net. To this end, the device according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed on a fishing net to float on the seawater, transmits identification information and position information of the fishing net to a ship remotely, and comprises: a housing and a protective cap. The housing comprises: a first accommodating space separated therein; a PCB substrate and a battery module located in the first accommodating space; a second accommodating space formed in an upper side of the first accommodating space and having an opening; an antenna extending from the PCB substrate to be disposed in the second accommodating space; and a rubber plate formed on an outer circumference thereof to be coupled with the fishing net.
